Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Highbridge Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
