Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Rivermark Vista Housing manages affordable housing communities across Chicago. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
