Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Chicago. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
