Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Greenridge Ember Property Management looks after rental homes across the Omaha area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
