Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove West Arts Center is an arts centre in Portland with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
