Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Highbridge Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Houston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 955 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
