Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
