Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Redstone Umber Facilities Group is a facilities company in Tucson with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
