Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Greenridge Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Indianapolis region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
