Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Northwind Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tampa with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
