Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
