Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Greenridge Lakeside Hospitality is a hospitality company in Denver with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
