Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Dallas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
