Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Tulsa with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
