Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Silverline Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Miami, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
