Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Vale Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
