Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Cedar Wilder Housing manages affordable housing communities across Omaha, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
