Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Amberfield Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
