Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Las Vegas, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
