Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Bluepeak Clear Hospitality is a hospitality company in Milwaukee with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
