Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Ironwood Clear Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Dallas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
