Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Silverline Linden Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tampa. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 623 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
