Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Bluepeak Clear Hospitality is a hospitality company in Columbus with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
