Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Lumen Fox Property Management is a Columbus property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
