Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Lumen Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tucson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
