Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
