Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Harborlight Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
