Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Northwind Haven Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tulsa. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
