Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Greenridge Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Kansas City. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
