Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Highbridge Works is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
