Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management is a Fort Worth property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
