Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Rivermark Clear Facilities looks after properties across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
