Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
