Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
