Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Atlanta, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
