Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Silverline Quill Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
