Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Tulsa with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
