Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Wilder Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
