Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove West Facilities is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
