Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Nova Thistle Property Management manages apartment communities around Spokane. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
