Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around San Diego. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
