Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Ironwood Glen Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
