Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Honolulu. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
