Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tucson area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
