Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Facilities is a facilities company in Chicago with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
