Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Summit Meadow Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
