Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Clearpath Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
