Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 901 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
