Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Lakeside Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
