Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Highbridge Pike Property Management is a Oklahoma City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
